Symptom
Axis Q6000-E has only one stream instead of four in qulu client
What is the issue?
I can only see one stream from AXIS Q6000-E in qulu, but AXIS-Q6000-E has 5 video streams one from each sensor and a Quad of all cameras is available.
Note
Using this method you will need a licence to record each stream from the Q6000-E
What is the reason?
qulu now supports AXIS Q6000-E with all 4 streams + Quad via ONVIF. But the camera is normally added and recognized as native SDK camera [Axis Driver VAPIX].
How to solve it?
1. Add an ONVIF user in AXIS Q6000-E.
- Login to camera web interface.
- Go to "Setup" -> "System Options" -> "Security" -> "ONVIF"
- Add ONVIF user at the right panel
2. Add AXIS Q6000-E via ONVIF into qulu.
- Login to qulu system.
- Navigate to Main menu and choose "System Administration"(Ctrl+Alt+A).
- Disable "Enable cameras and servers autodiscovery".
- Click "OK" or "Apply" to save changes
- Delete the existed single AXIS stream.
- Right-click Server in the resource tree -> "Add device..."
- Re-add the AXIS Q6000-E and use the ONVIF user as the credential.
Once added Camera streams will be available
