With the release of qulu v3.1 we have added the ability to deactivate a license. Previously had to be done via our TSG Department.
Note:-- This only works if system is connected to internet..
- You also have to be able to connect to server..
Procedure
- Open qulu desktop client
- Login as {Administrator} into system
- Go to System Administration {Ctrl+Alt+A}
- Select "Licenses" Tab
- Select License you need to Deactivate, Then click Deactivate Button
NOTE > Make a Note of the License number if you do not already have this, you will need the code to Re-activate the license.
- Box will appear to confirm Details of License, Click Deactivate
- Enter relevant information
- Click Next
- Confirmation that License is deactivated will be displayed
The deactivated license can be used on another system Server.
